I have outlined two things that you will possibly say, Mr Thomas. The first is Mr Chan's decadal anniversary and the second one is how Mr Chan can make Bullseye win.
In terms of Mr Chan's decadal anniversary, you will say that it must fall between 2019 and 2023, as well as between 2026 and 2030. Otherwise, you will say, "Curse Him!" The main reason is to coincide the anniversary of Chan Lik Hoong with a Bullseye victory, for "good feng shui"! The definition of decadal anniversary means the 10th, 20th, 30th, etc etc. In this case, given Mr Chan's age, he should be in his 70s or 80s.
