Clarification on why I wanted to make another big flag for Bullseye for  Sports Day.

Each house is normally given one banner and one flag for the Sports Day as part of the marchpast. We want  to duplicate another set of flag and banner + more flags because we want Bullseye to have 2 in order to rival the other houses, so we can look superior than them. At the same time, we can make the flags and banners big as this  will fulfill the Bullseye Victory  Strategy aside from rivalling the other teams.
