Mr Mukadyil Thomas, a retired First Language English teacher of Nobel International School, had made a lot of comments and proposals regarding affairs in Nobel International School and around the world. The comments can sometimes range from positive to negative comments.
Since expressing support for Bullseye, Mr Thomas had made a lot of proposals and comments regarding Bullseye's affairs. However, Mr Thomas' comments had resulted in mixed reactions from teachers, students and alumni of Nobel International School.
Sports Day/Bullseye proposals
Nobel International School's annual Sports Day is the annual highlight of the year, and due to Bullseye's continued success, Mr Thomas had given a lot of controversial but also at times creative proposals. Mr Thomas, originally from Touchdown, had decided to support Bullseye due to the interesting culture practiced by Bullseye's members.
The proposals are as follows:
A statue of Bullseye to be erected at the school campus of Nobel International School in Damansara Jaya.
Asking Lau Wei Yiang to become Bullseye's 2023 advisor.
The Sports Day theme which is based on Elon Musk and SpaceX.
A proposal to add horns to the Chee Fooi Foon name which is designed by Lau Wei Yiang, to make the design look like bulls
Proposing Wei Yiang hold a victory march following Bullseye's 2023 Sports Day victory, at SJKC Shin Cheng (Harcroft).
A proposal to extend the 2019-2023 Bullseye victory years to complete 12 years of the Chinese zodiac from 2024 to 2031.
Asking Mr Chan Lik Hoong to sprint on the Sports Day and run on the Founder's Run, which will cause Bullseye to win.
Asking Mr Chan to play all the games in Nobel Cup (namely basketball, futsal, badminton, table tennis, chess and captain ball)
Asking Mr Chan to participate in a full marathon.
Give at least 20% to 50% of the commission of the total Founder's Run fundraising profits that Wei Yiang aimed to raise to achieve 100% registration of Bullseye members, in order to prevent Bullseye from being deregistered.
Change the name of Bullseye to Crowseye.
Change the color of the sports attire to black.
Release crows from cages during Sports Day to cause the Bullseye athletes to run faster and win.
Asking Bullseye members to bring crows, including the Principal.
Installing a statue of a crow on the Sports Day.
Giving the runners nitrous oxide while running
Giving runners Crow's Feet Soup to boost running.
Requesting that a portrait of Mr Chan Lik Hoong be drawn on Bullseye's banner.
Requesting that a picture of Mr Chan Lik Hoong be drawn carrying crows in a cage to the marketplace.
Writing emails to the Malaysian government to allow banners to be brought into the Bukit Jalil National Stadium and overturning the stadium's no banner policy for Sports Day
Giving a Tan Sri title to Lau Wei Yiang to honor his contributions to Bullseye.
Installing firecrackers on the field as part of the Sports Day opening ceremony, and asking Mr Chan Lik Hoong to light the firecrackers to launch the Sports Day. The firecrackers would connect to the cauldron.
Asking Mr Chan to fire a cannon on the Sports Day to light the cauldron.
Asking everyone to do lion dance on the Sports Day.
Asking Mr Chan Lik Hoong to be the main character of Sports Day through dancing, marching, cheering, firing the starting gun, and running with the Bullseye members if they win.
Inviting Chee Fooi Foon to attend the 2026 Sports Day.
Asking Mr Chan to carry a banner saying "Stop the Steal, Save Bullseye"
A hologram of drones saying, "Stop the Steal, Save Bullseye".
Asking Mr Tan Seng Kee and all the management members to run on the Sports Day and light the cauldron.
Proposed holding Founder's Run at the Tropicana Golf and Country Club which is frequented by Mr Chan Lik Hoong, who is claimed by Mr Thomas to play golf. Other venues planned including Subang Golf Course or Glenmarie Golf and Country Club.
Asking Lau Wei Yiang to become House Captain of Bullseye, even though he is an alumni.
Proposed all Bullseye members use Founder's Run to march in solidarity for Bullseye like a protest march.
Proposed Mr Chan Lik Hoong join CCAs to hone his sports skills.
Proposed the Management team to become a group of villains called 'Changents'. The name was changed to Chan Lik Hoong Intelligence Agency.
Proposed Ironchan as the 2026 Sports Day theme.
Proposed Bullseye members such as Wong Pey Yi, Ong Zi Xin, Choo Han Yi, Ng Chi How, etc teach Mr Chan sports or dance skills.
Proposed the Chan Lik Hoong International Airport.
Proposed drawing Auntie Clarine and Mr Chan Lik Hoong under the Merdeka Park Mushroom in the 2027 banner.
Viewpoints and opinions related to Sports Day and Bullseye.
Mr Chan is a big hater of Bullseye, along with all the management members.
Mr Chan caused Bullseye to lose the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, Unleash Sports Day 2025 and the 2026 Sports Day Replacement Events.
Mr Chan should be running on the Sports Day to represent Bullseye.
If Bullseye wins, it is because of Chee Fooi Foon. If Bullseye lost, Mr Chan is the one responsible.
The students should follow Lau Wei Yiang because he offers good plans for Bullseye to win.
Mr Chan has to resign because he caused Bullseye to lose in the 2024, 2025 and 2026 sports events.
Mr Chan would continue to do a lot of evil things against Bullseye if he is not removed (this has not been proven).
Ryan Chan Meng Shen, an alumni of Nobel working for the PE department, should be coaching the Bullseye members to win.
The Bullseye members should have the enthusiasm to plan and strategize for the Sports Day and not give up.
Non-Bullseye/Sports Day proposals
Proposed that Lau Wei Yiang become Principal of Nobel International School, so that Mr Thomas himself can visit the school.
Proposed that Mr Loh Er Lern replace Mr Chan Lik Hoong as the Management Advisor.
Proposed that other teachers like Mr Lee Eng Hoe become the Head of Academics.
Proposed that Mr Chan Lik Hoong give a seminar during the Maker's Fair preaching Christianity values.
Propose Mr Chan Lik Hoong represent Nobel in the MSSD competition. According to Mr Thomas, Mr Chan can win 100 medals.
Propose that Mr Chan sit the IGCSE examinations in order to prove his worth.
Proposed that Ms Bee Yong, the school's principal from 2015 to 2023, join the Singapore MRT Art in Transit competition.
Proposed that Mr Chan act as Mr Willy Wonka in the proposed initial name of the school's 2026 Concert, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Proposed that Mr Chan Lik Hoong become the star of the show of the Broadway Musical concert (the initial name for Beauty is the Beast)
Proposed that Auntie Clarine and Mr Chan Lik Hoong accompany the Year 11 students in the final act of the Beauty is the Beast 2026 Concert.
Non Bullseye views and opinions
Mr Chan controls all the school's policy, rules and affairs, including all the teachers and management members, as he is Management Advisor.
Mr Chan controls the school curriculum.
Mr Chan frequents expensive hotels and restaurants for expensive meals.
Mr Chan is more concerned about money than school facilities like toilets.
Ms Bee Yong and Mr Chan get paid RM 40,000 a month in salary.
Corruption is rampant in the management team.
During the 2020-2021 pandemic period, teachers got stressed and tired from the workload.
Mr Thomas was bad mouthed by teachers when his students got the Top in Malaysia/World for First Language English.
Mr Chan Lik Hoong banned volleyball because he had no money to strengthen the school against volleyball threats.
The management should continue to welcome former staff and alumni as they also form a part of Nobel's family.
Mr Chan and Auntie Clarine should have had accompanied the students from Nobel to the Malaysian Parliament.
The management has divided the school faculty politically into two opposing groups; one pro and one against the management.
Mr Chan should listen to the presentation by the students who visited Parliament.
Anwar needs to win the 2023 Six State Elections to continue his rule.
Lim Guan Eng being quiet is a disaster.
Ms Michelle Loh and Mr Daniel Tan are very enthusiastic people.
The anti littering penalty enforced since 1st January 2026 is a step in the right direction for Malaysia.
