Grievances for Bullseye for Founder's Run.
Many people from Bullseye complain about two factors; the fact of running for a long time and also the high registration fee.
The management put Founder's Run on Saturdays is because they want to attempt to stiffle Bullseye, knowing that there is so much backing for Founder's Run. They know because of Lau Wei Yiang, and because Founder's Run is so easy to win for Bullseye, it can pose a threat to the Sports Day. A charitable activity to the management is now weaponized against the entire school. They are afraid.
The management had put high funds to disadvantage Bullseye. Many people are complaining about the high funds, but it is Bullseye that is being wrecked the most. They know it is working to the will of themselves. They will use a divide and conquer tactic. They already segregated us from the rest of Bullseye in order for the team to be conquered.
This is why I propose fundraising the Bullseye members' registration, but my uncle said I cannot just fundraise and crowdfund from the public. Therefore, the only way to solve the problem is to persuade them to register.
The only problem is will they be willing to accept the cash for the registration or will they even train for the run. That is the big, big problem.
I understand.
Maybe make Founder's Run into a protest march?
Good point, Tunku Lau!
Wow.....I am already upgraded to a status like Tunku Abdul Rahman already. Thank you for holding me in high regard. You have held me in high regard so many times.
In 2023, you said, "Advisor: Lau Wei Yiang" when I introduced the committee. You also told me all the Bullseye members should listen to me and follow the leader.
You have said that with me at the helm, Bullseye can achieve success. And you gave me a Wow Award in 2016, and I still have the frame.
First of all, folks will need to convince the Management to hold the Founder's Run on a weekday. The management is holding it on a weekend for the benefit of parents, alumni and A Level students in Nobel, aside from getting students to run. This year's Founder's Run was a disaster. It looked more or less like a run club gathering than a real run. I am certain that the Management is considering reverting Founder's Run to a weekday to arrest the low turnout for the race.
I expect all Bullseye members to please train and run. No more virtual race next year. It is likely it will fall on Friday, 6th February 2026. And many people said it is tiring to even run 5km alone.
We need some enthusiasm and motivation to push Bullseye forward. I wanted to persuade them during the Sports Day Rehearsal on 20th February but was told I can't enter as it was a closed event.
We need the will and the power to move forward. I will try to motivate the members to go for the Founder's Run.
