2025 Maker's Fair
Today, from 9:00am to 3:30pm, students at Nobel International School were given time to set up the school premises for their Maker's Fair. This is the largest carnival to ever take place in Nobel International School's history, and the first to involve both Elementary and Junior/Senior School. Only Year 10 and 11 students were not participating in the Maker's Fair.
The morning begun with a briefing led by Mr Meshach and Mr Loh at 7:45am during the morning assembly. After the assembly, everyone went back to their classes to settle things with their teachers before they then begun preparing for the Maker's Fair. They spent the whole day preparing for the Maker's Fair, decorating their booths and so on.
Mr Loh said that for tomorrow, 1st August 2025, the students will need to reach school by 7:30am in order to set up the booths and get ready. Attendance will be taken at 7:45am. The Maker's Fair will begin at 8:00am sharp and last until 1:00pm. Afterwards, students can clean up and be dismissed. Ms Ingel said the Elementary students will be dismissed later in order to accommodate Maker's Fair.
The students will return on Saturday for the same cycle. It is unclear how the situation will work.
Also, they removed all the house banners, so we cannot compare, and I also have errands for Saturday; sorry about that.
Noted with thanks.
