In 2017, after Bullseye lost, secretly behind the scenes, I was planning for a comeback in 2018, and to a certain extent, I posted on the Edmodo page this.
My intent and my goal, after the loss of 2017, was to make Bullseye win as an alumni. In 2017, Dr Mahathir had left UMNO, and formed Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia. But however, the GE14 had yet to take place.
The goal was that if Bullseye won the 2018 Sports Day, Bullseye will be paving the way for Pakatan Harapan to win the election, in the form of one guy leaving a team of his which despised him, and then joining with others to bring down the team that despised him. Honestly, Vicky and Zi Quan had a big conflict with me over what approach should we use for Bullseye. I advocated many proposals, but Zi Quan and Vicky scolded me for just proposing. Hence, due to that fallout, I decided to return to Nobel and am still doing so.
The plan was for me to make Bullseye win and then in turn, set a benchmark for Pakatan Harapan to follow it. Instead, it was the opposite.
Bullseye's 2019 Sports Day victory was compared to the 2018 General Election. It led to five victory years. In 2022, the 2022 Nobel Cup and 2022 General Election took place three days apart from each other. This led to the joint victory of Bullseye and Pakatan Harapan.
In 2023, Pakatan Harapan retained the majority of seats in Selangor, Penang and Negeri Sembilan, and the 2023 Sports Day, which Bullseye won, was held a day after the 2022 election anniversary. The symbolism of Bullseye and Pakatan Harapan continues to grow.
I wonder how those people from Nobel who visited Parliament, especially those from Bullseye, will think of the symbolism of how we used the 2018 General Election for the 2019 Sports Day. Two of the people in the contingent of Nobel to Parliament, Wong Pey Yi, and Joanna Crystal Vijaya, are from Bullseye.
I think that they will think we are crazy to think all these things. But I have to tell you, as of 2025, we had managed to accomplish and attain all the aims, initiatives, goals, plans and any thing proposed by the Bullseye members since 2013.
Firstly, we have had won at least one Sports Day, proposed by the 2013 batch, which we attained in 2014. We then expanded these to include the Nobel Cup, which was the aim of the 2014 graduating batch back in 2013.
Then, in the process, I suggested putting glitter and shiny colors and doing a fast dance, which we achieved in 2015 and 2016. This was proposed in 2014.
In 2016 and 2017, we proposed for Bullseye to win the Founder's Run as a whole. This was achieved in 2018. The Founder's Run has since expanded to eight consecutive titles for Bullseye.
For years since 2013, some had proposed alumni involvement. This was done from 2018 onwards.
In 2017, we proposed to win four victory years under Operation Speedrunner, which we first initiated the victory streak for the 2015 Sports Day. This was achieved in 2023 with five victory years.
I had designed my own personal banner and carried a flag, which we planned since 2016 and 2017, respectively, and it had became a tradition yearly. In the process, I adopted many themes.
2016 - Following the theme of Rise of the Empires, a poster to motivate people to save Bullseye.
2017 - A stylized version of the Bullseye flag based on communist/North Korean themes.
2018 - A nuclear explosion
2019 - Combined symbolism of Transformers and the 2018 election theme
2020 - Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection
2022 - Covid 19
2023 - Chinese paintings and Chinese culture, to celebrate Hing Fook Soon, and later Chee Fooi Foon, alongside the 60th Anniversary of the formation of Malaysia.
2024 - Elon Musk, Space X and spaceflight, as proposed by you, Mr Thomas.
2025 - Chinese New Year's fusion with Bullseye, as proposed by Jason Leing, a good friend of mine from 2017's batch.
In 2018, we proposed to rewin the Sports Day. We did it in 2019. Then, in 2020, we talked about sustainability as mentioned. We then hit the four year victory streak in 2022, and then in 2023, we had to involve Chinese cultural things because of an increase in Chinese speaking students.
Aside from that, the patterns of Bullseye's performance were achieved:
In 2017, we proposed to win the Sports Day after losing a Nobel Cup preceding it. This phenomena came through in 2020. We lost the 2019 Nobel Cup and won the 2020 Sports Day.
In 2017, we also proposed winning the next Nobel Cup after losing the previous Nobel Cup. This took place within the year 2017, after losing the 2016 Nobel Cup. We won the 2017 Nobel Cup.
In 2021, we proposed winning the first Sports Day following the pandemic. This came through via the Nobel Cup in 2022, and the Sports Day in 2023.
In 2025, we put the symbolism of crows and black on my Bullseye banner and this year's 2025 Sports Day attire, which we proposed in October 2024.
I also secretly proposed a cult of personality like propaganda thing for Bullseye. This came through in 2023, 2024 and 2025 after Chee Fooi Foon was implemented for the Sports Day.
We have achieved so many initiatives. In fact, Chee Fooi Foon was the GREATEST BLOCKBUSTER OF THE CENTURY AND THE MOST AMAZING BULLSEYE PROJECT EVER ACCOMPLISHED IN HISTORY. Mind you, Jeremy Yeap proposed a marchpast move that looked like the Nazi salute, but he rectified it upon noticing the abnormally. Now, we are hailing to Chee Fooi Foon. Aiyo!
I have to tell you, so many initiatives for Bullseye had been achieved, despite the Covid 19 pandemic. However, we still have some that are not yet achieved:
- A fundraising program for Bullseye for the Founder's Run.
- A national day-style flag flypast for Bullseye in the Sports Day, complete with drones and mini blimps.
- A statue of a dove or crow on the Sports Day carrying Bullseye's flag
- A parade of tanks for Sports Day
- A plan to blare car horns for Bullseye in the event of a Bullseye victory.
We have managed to achieve all the Bullseye plans formulated from 2013 to 2017, all by 2025. We have done it. If there are some more initiatives that cannot be fulfilled, including yours, please let me know.
The Elementary students, current students or new students to Nobel will thank all of us for making Bullseye the best house ever, which we begun this journey with me and Caleb Chuang in 2014.

I would like to announce a correction. The correction is highlighted in yellow.

- A plan to commemorate a Bullseye victory ten years ago with another Bullseye victory ten years later. The last chance to do this is for Bullseye to win in 2026, to commemorate 10 years since the 2016 Sports Day Victory of Bullseye. The next time this will happen is in 2029.
Winning the 2016 Sports Day was a climax to the first 3-year victory of Bullseye. The original plan was to win the 2024 Sports Day; the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, to mark 10 years since Bullseye's first ever victory and to use it as the Crown Centerpiece of Bullseye, topping the five year victory streak from 2019 to 2023 with a sixth year. It will make the already-longest victory streak even more longer and unprecedented. However, Touchdown and Mr Chan foiled the plans.
After the loss of the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, plans arose to replace it. This begun with the 2025 Sports Day, but thanks to Mr Chan once again, Slamdunk won. If it was successful, it will do the same job as 2024. Winning 2026 will also do just that, as the years 2024, 2025 and 2026 mark 10 years since the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Sports Day victories of Bullseye.
If Bullseye wins the 2026 Sports Day, this will be Bullseye's 9th Sports Day title and the 24th title overall including Founder's Run and Nobel Cup, provided that Bullseye also wins the 2026 Founder's Run, given if it is held first. It will also be Bullseye's first Sports Day victory since 2023, and the Class of 2026 will become just like the Class of 2019; to have a Bullseye victory when they were Year 7 and 8, and win the Sports Day when they were Year 11 students. It will also be even more interesting to see whether the Bullseye 2026 victory will become a new victory streak or just a lone standalone one.
To achieve a true victory streak, Bullseye must win the 2026, 2027 and 2028 Sports Days. In 2029, we can add that year to commemorate 10 years since the 2019 Sports Day victory, and the most important of all, the 2030 Sports Day. A nice number fitting to commemorate the losses and successes of 2020, and to also look forward to the future. This is what we planned according to the Bullseye White Paper.
In the Bullseye White Paper, we divide a potential victory streak into 3 phases:
Phase 1: 2026 Founder's Run and 2026 Sports Day
Phase 2: 2027 and 2028 Founder's Run and Sports Day
Phase 3: 2029 and 2030 Founder's Run and Sports Day.
Provisional years (to be decided at a later date): 2031 and 2032 Founder's Run and Sports Day. These years would compensate 2024 and 2025.

This phase is also crucial because Bullseye will, in 2028 or 2029, get its first house captain born after the formation of Bullseye in 2012. The 2030 and 2031 Sports Day will see students born in 2013 and 2014 leading the Sports Day. From then on, the future generation is born from a time where Bullseye had laid solid footing and when all the plans begun more than 15 years ago.
Bullseye 1.0 from 2014 to 2016 was led by the late 90s-early 2000s generation. Bullseye 2.0 lasted from the mid 2000s generation to late 2000s generation. Bullseye 3.0 is expected to be the 2010s generation onward, and it, unlike Bullseye 1.0 and 2.0, will need a new generation and new approach towards leadership.
I also want to shout out to Mr Thomas for proposing the Chinese zodiac method for Bullseye, which we attained in 2025. We have done it right and done it well. We had so many successes towards Bullseye. We have done it together, done it well, and done it right.
