Wang Yi's Statement
Mr Wang Yi, the Foreign Affairs Minister of the People's Republic of China, had quietly told a Russian diplomat that China does not want Russia to fail in Ukraine as it will allow America to focus on China.
America does not want China to occupy Taiwan as America sees Taiwan as an independent country.
