First Day of Maker's Fair
Today, the doors opened at 8:00am and it was raining heavily. All the parents were ushered into the foyer to buy coupons in order to purchase goods. Some students sold vegetables. Last time, during the 2019 Nobelfest, I did the same, and my neighbor, Hing Fook Soon, supported the project. Hing Fook Soon was one of the big four for the 2023 Sports Day which made Bullseye win. The other three are Chee Fooi Foon, Lau Wei Yiang and MK Thomas.
The students sold some healthy foods and drinks, souvenirs, bracelets and used clothing, amongst others. Today's event is open to parents only. The students and teachers sold stuff from 8am until 1:00pm, and all students had to clean up and were given a late dismissal at 2:00pm.
Tomorrow, we will also have Maker's Fair from 8:00am to 1:00pm, but it will be open to the public as part of Nobel's Open Day.
