Why must Bullseye win?
Bullseye must win in order to be famous. If Bullseye becomes famous, all of us in Bullseye will be given due credit.
Why must Bullseye become famous? This is to establish a standing of fame, fortune and admiration of the world. We want to join the likes of Singapore and Dubai in making this happen. This is what is planned out between me and my best friend, Caleb Chuang, a decade ago.
Singapore became a successful country compared to Malaysia due to the philosophy of Lee Kuan Yew and also the fact that it needs income to sustain and attract investors from around the world. And Dubai also does it in the same respect as the oil is running out. Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the head of the Al Maktoum family, which is one of the richest royals in the world. They built so many world-class structures, such as the world's tallest building (Burj Khalifa), the world's only seven star hotel (Burj Al Arab), the largest man made island on earth (Palm Jumeirah), extending the Dubai Creek to allow a portion of Dubai to become an island, plus a ski resort, the world's largest shopping mall (Dubai Mall) and the soon-to-be world's largest and busiest international airport (Al Maktoum International Airport) for all these reasons. But it is Dubai which captivated my interest and how to make things better.
In my neighborhood, because of my chalk art and gardening projects using recycled items, I am the most famous person in my entire township, even when I was still in Nobel. Now, the whole neighborhood and the whole city knows I planted a row of trees along the main road, which drew praise and criticism. And I decided to join a full marathon straight on - as the half marathon is not spotlighted. Ms Yong Wai Yee told me to join the latter, but I am more confident in the former and believe I can do it.
Bullseye's victories and fame will make it the most famous house in Nobel International School, and anyone from Bullseye will be envied on. When I always visit Nobel, many people already ask if I am from Bullseye and if Caleb Chuang is my best friend. They know everything.
This is how me as an alumni became very famous. Of course, students remember the recent outgoing batches. But I am of different breed as I am an alumni that graduated more than two generations ago. I am the oldest known alumni among current Nobelians.
But this price of fame is making the management's blood boil. I am considered a good student in Nobel. But because the proper process is followed and the strategies are devised in a manner that the same team wins, the management is trying to put a stop to it. They will do all sorts of tricks to stop Bullseye.
Only ONE Bullseye member in history has protested this initiative, and that is Mr Aram S. Katz. In 2018, he said the Bullseye victories will allow me to consolidate power on Bullseye. He said I will leave a trail of destruction behind and panned a nosy and disgusting message to me on FB. His act was quickly ridiculed by all the Bullseye members.
A Bullseye victory will make Nobel famous. Caleb Chuang and I had planned many initiatives to get into the Malaysia Book of Records. We need to gain attention in order to build bridges, foster collaboration, and present ourselves to the world.
We also hope to open Nobel to tourists to visit, and it will be a great opportunity.
Saw your Linkedin. Are you planning to join a school in Dubai?
No. My age bars me!
That's sad. If I was the principal, I'd admit you immediately.
I was told by Ms June that you were told to retire from Nobel because you can't cope with online classes and that your age is a factor.
Are you jealous to a certain extent that Mr Chan is as old as you but is still working?
Ms June has been jealous of me ever since I joined Nobel. She speaks bullshit. She was a very bad English teacher too.
Nobody at Nobel asked me to retire! When Bee Yong asked me if I wanted to continue in 2021, I told her No. Mr. Chan was with us then!
June is a dirty woman who talks behind other teachers.
What is your view of Ms Joyce?
Joyce is surviving by sweet-talking with superiors, not through professional expertise!
it's true that I was not highly competent at ICT and I needed some help from others, and so were other teachers like Gerardine, June, Joyce and many others. I made a few mistakes in computer use.
You know when I produced Top in Malaysia students, no one in the English Department or school except Aunty Clarine and Lim Mee Wee uttered even a word of praise to me. Everyone was jealous of me and Praveen and other teachers maligned me about my computer use!
But I compensated for it by my teaching skills and Praveen and others were finding ways to belittle me. PRAVEEN and ALISON worked hard to write bad reports about me, too! Still Aunty Clarine was on my side.
June was always jealous of me. She and Mathew Koh (Do you remember that idiot?) tried their best to talk ill of me as I was the Head. I used to go to June's class, and she was so incompetent that she was simply standing in class after giving students work.
No English teacher at Nobel has so promptly and meticulously marked student works as I did. I never compromised with such duties! June is bull shitting and slandering me.
But when I was leaving in 2021 at the height of Covid, no management team member asked me to leave! They asked me if I wanted to continue and I declined! It was not because I was 70 but because of these dirty colleagues.
Now when I replied to you about Bull's Eye, Chan, Anwar Ibrahim and others, I was simply joking. Chan is my best friend; last year when I was teaching at Beaconhouse, Chan and I had meals together. You failed to understand the humour in my comments!
Oh, you were teaching at Beaconhouse? No wonder you were residing at Damansara Jaya. There is a Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School which is a stone's throw away from Nobel. I didn't know you were teaching at Beaconhouse. If you had told me, I wouldn't had called you frequently. I didn't know your schedule and wasn't aware of it.
Ms June is an amazing teacher. She was my class teacher in Year 7 as well as my English teacher. During my time in Year 7, she created a mini country in our class, 7N, complete with a government full of ministries, a class constitution and a national library. She was amazing and I was the minister of Domestic Affairs.
I am glad that at least you didn't have some form of hatred towards Mr Chan. But it reminds me of Ms Joyce sometimes talking serious to me and just telling me not to take it seriously and differentiate what is implied meaning versus actual action. In fact, I was really on the verge of being shocked at what you said. Ms Joyce told me and my mum on differentiating between the actual and implied meaning during PTM.
Mr Matthew Koh was an English as well as a GP teacher. He was an amazing and inspirational guy. He taught us how to dance for Show Choir in 2013. He was the director of the 10th Anniversary Concert in 2014.
Teachers play different politics at different times. They are good with students to get good name and keep the job.
But they can play dirty with teachers, and gossips about them to students. June is the dirtiest among them.
I think when you mentioned, "Blame Chan for this. Why did he not run? Stupid man! A very poor example! Let him resign first" during the 2024 Sports Day after Bullseye lost, what you actually meant was that Mr Chan would enthusiastically run and cheer for the students from Bullseye and not run in the race just like that. And you said he should resign because you actually meant he should resign from a top post in the field of sports to show his dignity, but that he could keep his management position. And for Mr Chan, when you said he is an untrustworthy and unreliable idiot, and it is bad for all those who trust him, you are saying that people will follow the traditional way which makes Bullseye lose and not the dynamic way which I planned which makes Bullseye win.
When you mentioned Idi Amin and Ambrose Kuttakini, what you actually meant was that Idi Amin would be enthusiastic in the field of sports because he will do things decisively for the wellbeing of his athletes. And because crows are considered decisive, the Bullseye people must act like crows because it will demonstrate adaptability towards adversity.
Honestly it was all my humour! It was not real!
Crow soup was simply for my fon!
Honestly, Ms Joyce told me before that some things had implied meaning, just like what you said, and I shouldn't take things too seriously.
Unfortunately, the Crow Feet Soup and all your antics had been put into the proposed Bullseye Recovery Plan that was presented to Lor Jia Qi, the Bullseye house captain. At least we didn't change the name of Bullseye to Crowseye.
