Subject: I am very, very disappointed! The Bullseye members complained to me that the Management is putting so many athletes who are top notch into Touchdown and Slamdunk and that they blamed the management for that.I am very very disappointed. As Bullseye members, you must use your hard earned effort to win. There is no free lunch. All the 12++ Bullseye victories are done with hard earned effort. We can only blame the Management if you trained hard, participate in the events, win it, and then the score or format is taken away from us to disadvantage us, just like in 2017/2018/2020/2022/2023.This attitude is making all of us Bullseye people, you (Mr Thomas), Chee Fooi Foon and Kuan Muk Lang look like clowns. This is an embarrassing message to the Bullseye members of old. Bullseye is the house that produced so many sprinters and marathon runners and yet you give this type of response. I will need to apologize to everyone who is following us. I'm sorry to hear of the current members' conduct. To those members who have put in their best effort and aim to win, continue to presevere and not give up. But to those who are going to continue to complain about the management, please reflect. You are the notion of your own success and failure.I will not hestitate to withdraw from future Sports Days if this attitude persists. It is a waste of time. I will only show my plans to Bullseye members who deserve the fruits of their own labor. If this attitude continues, we will lose next year. No need to talk.

Nobel International School's Management Team, especially Mr Chan, is aware of the risks of putting a Sports Day in July. The purpose of putting the Sports Day in February is to maximize total loss to Bullseye. If most Bullseye members may not have known, many of them will be very surprised to find out about me, my personality and the passion I have for Bullseye. This is what the Management is intending to hide, as they are very fed up about Bullseye winning so many times. While the consistent victory of Homerun in every march past competition may be wonderful, that is not the focus of the management; they are fuming over the fact that so many generations of Bullseye members have made Bullseye win every year, starting from Brian Ong, then Lim Wei Ming, and even juniors ten years younger than them are already learning the ropes of taming the other three houses. This is their biggest fear and this is their biggest worry. As long as all the Bullseye members are aware of the history of Bullseye and my personality, they will have a dominant position and advantage against Touchdown and Slamdunk. But this is when I want to touch on the main points of this briefing. The management knows that arming ONE house, Touchdown, may be too much to match for the fight against Bullseye. They know we are very powerful and no match for the other three houses. Hence, since 2024, Management is arming both Touchdown and Slamdunk. The management likes Touchdown to win to counter the force against Bullseye. But to make it even more exciting, they added Slamdunk as it had lost for so many years. With two houses being armed with so many wonderful athletes, it will allow one to weaken Bullseye while the other to take the trophy, instead of one house doing both jobs. The management leveraged on this. But however, when they found out that the points from Nobel Cup, Founder's Run and Sports Day are all added up together, they know that one of the three can add up to be the subsitutes to power the performance of Bullseye, which can result in Bullseye still being able to win. This means Bullseye can still lose tens of thousands of track events with the scores being powered by Founder's Run and Nobel Cup. And they know who is the real mastermind behind this. Hence, they cut off Nobel Cup and Founder's Run from the official scores to disadvantage Bullseye. The management had learned a valuable lesson from 2023, where Bullseye won. The postponement of Sports Day due to the heatwave allowed major changes to be made, such as for the re-integration of Nobel Cup and Founder's Run into the Sports Day tally. They wanted to implement what was done for 2025 during the 2023 Sports Day, but can't do so due to the heatwave. Hence, the heatwave and associated disruptions gave Bullseye time to regain the crown of Sports Day in 2023.Upon Bullseye's victory in 2023 and the big influence of me, you and Chee Fooi Foon, this irked the management. The management were further irked when Bullseye won the 2024 Founder's Run. While 2024 is the 20th Anniversary of Nobel International School, it's also the 10th anniversary of Bullseye's first ever Sports Day victory. The Bullseye victory of 2024 during Sports Day will send a message that alumni can control the Sports Day and the management hated this, and further rife up the management's feelings of the 10 years of victories excluding 2017 and 2018. As Founder's Run contributed 50% of scores in 2019 and 2020, and also 58% in 2023, the Management sought to stop it.Since that cannot be done for 2020, the Management inflated the points allocation for Sports Day 2024; the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, and put a bunch of judging events like march, dance and banner. Originally, they didn't plan to do it for 2023 regardless of the heatwave. But for 2024, it was a necessity as it will allow them to block Bullseye should it win all the athletic events as seen in 2019 and 2023.When the management saw the incredible performance of all the other houses during Sports Day, they were surprised. Bullseye eventually lost, but everyone soon discovered that without the judging events, Bullseye is the winner no thanks to the athletes and also Founder's Run.2025 was the snipping of all events to act as a "safety valve" against Bullseye. If Bullseye members were to ask God, God will say, "You guys lost not because the management allocated good athletes to other teams. You guys lost because the Management is allocating the athletes to Touchdown and Slamdunk to counter a guy called Lau Wei Yiang. They dont want you to speak to him because if you do, Wei Yiang (as well as MK Thomas, Chee Fooi Foon, Kuan Muk Lang and all the Harcroft people) will give you the strength and motivation to overcome those two teams, resulting in Bullseye's victory. They want you to be disunited. He is the best person who can motivate you. I believe they will be surprised to know of our antics. The management knows of our plans to subsidize the Bullseye members for Founder's Run. They had cut off the run from Sports Day to counter our efforts, rendering them useless. When the management knew that we were planning to challenge the Slamdunkers and told the Bullseye members that we will only throw a victory party if we win Founder's Run, and showed some Bullseye people who accidentally opened my Founder's Run plans booklet and had a good laugh over it, this led to Mr Chan shutting off the power for Founder's Run by choosing not to allocate points. The high registration fees also dampened Bullseye.Where is Choo Han Yi, Ng Chi How, Keith Lew, Wong Pei Yi, Ong Zi Xin, Joanna Crystal Vijaya, Ng Si Jie, Isabelle and all the fabulous Bullseye people who performed well on Sports Day? Why are they so scared to conquer Founder's Run? I think they are too afraid till they asked Lau Wei Yiang to be tortured in the race instead, since they know we run marathons. If they had run on Founder's Run, we can win, you know. The management will really try new tricks to prevent Bullseye from winning in 2026. Unless Bullseye members change themselves, we cannot win and will be going to lose forever. Two years is a long time which we can put a victory streak through.Putting the Sports Day in February is a tactical move. As long as there's a Field Trip, school excursion or school open event ahead of the Sports Day, the top brass of the management, led by Mr Chan, know that we will motivate the Bullseye members and turn the tables through these events as seen in 2023 and 2024. Mind you, that one occasion where Bullseye suddenly led in the standings, jumping from last place to first place on 14th February 2025, a week after I sent the letter containing Chee Fooi Foon and Kuan Muk Lang's principal messages plus the plans and so on to the captain on the 7th, shocked and made the management scared. Well, it made the whole school scared, and the most scared of them all is Caleigh Chan Li Ern. The management were relieved upon Bullseye being reduced to last place on 20th February. If Bullseye's members continue to blame the management and speak horrow of themselves, they are sadly, falling into the trap of the management. So long as they do not trust us, Bullseye is divided and conquered by the management led by Mr Chan. Only when everyone is united and make the scores TOO BIG TO RIG, then we can win, even if Mr Chan awards all the other events to other houses.Mr Chan was standing near the grandstand and judging area on Sports Day. A Year 7 student named Carmen told me this and I also saw Mr Chan lingering at the grandstand area of the stadium.

Very well said.
Although Sports Day 2026 will take place next year, the earliest a preparation for Sports Day can take place will be in October
The end of the Final Year Examination will be on 17th October and should Nobel Cup be revived, it will most likely be held in October as the month of November is packed with the PTM and the Y11 Graduation. Hence, the House Captain Election can be held in August or September following the Maker's Fair. Nobel Cup is treated as an optional event to be added into the calendar. It is understandable that Nobel Cup will not be a priority of the management, but student sentiment shows that Nobel Cup is of a priority. In this case, Yashie can be the futsal captain and Aiden Yeoh the basketball captain. Joanna Crystal Vijaya can be the captain ball chief, Tan Jun Cheng the table tennis captain, Zoe Siah can be the badminton captain and another credible guy the chess captain.
To win the team games such as basketball, futsal and captain ball, the team members will need to pass the ball around quickly and confuse the opponents. They can throw the ball outside the court in case of emergency and to buy time to re-strategize. There must be a need to score 80 points for basketball, 20 points for futsal and 20 points for captain ball. For badminton and table tennis, the scores should be the maximum for those games which are 21 and 11 respectively. If all goes well, Bullseye can earn up to around 500 points for the entire Nobel Cup.
To achieve this, those who are playing basketball during break and lunch can request for the arrangement from teachers based on existing school guidelines. They can play after school if the situation allows. Bullseye members can start training now should teachers confirm plans for Nobel Cup to be held.
The date of Nobel Cup is most likely 31ST OCTOBER 2025.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
For the Founder's Run 2026, the run will potentially be held on 7th February 2026, ahead of the Chinese New Year celebration on 9th or 13th February. Once the school holidays begin, those who have no overseas or vacation trips can try to practice running for Founder's Run. They can feel free to train for the run at the Taman Botani itself. Hence, January and February will be the preparatory period for Founder's Run 2026.
I personally target for 100% of total registrations to be funded using the crowdfunding method or any other method to raise funds for members' registration in order to contribute points to the run.
As such, for the run, the top Bullseye athletes can train and run the race. This is very important, as it will allow us to have the maximum number of winners, and Choo Han Yi can lead the charge. We need to win at least 8/10 of all positions to win the Founder's Run.
The management is discussing the possibility of changing the venue of Founder's Run to other venues, such as Perdana Botanical Garden, Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) and Bukit Kiara which is a stone's throw away from Nobel, or even Desa Parkcity. Hence, proper planning should be in place for the 2026 Founder's Run.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sports Day 2026 will take place on 10th April following Hari Raya, Ramadan and Assessment 1. This means that the Sports Day will be held at the early start of April as the end of April is the Mid Year Examination and Malay/Mandarin IGCSE exam.
The Management is currently discussing on combining the Sports Day once again for 2026 and holding it at Bukit Jalil Stadium just like last year. Unfortunately, the free booking period for Bukit Jalil will end in September. This means that Nobel will have to pay a fee to rent Bukit Jalil Stadium.
Nobel cannot hold a Sports Day at Panasonic Stadium if the Elementary and J/S School were to be combined together, as the school population is too big for such a small stadium. If Nobel insist to book Panasonic Stadium, it can only be for either one of those schools to hold the event. Hence, Nobel is studying this. Rental cost for Panasonic Stadium is around RM 1000 to RM 2000 for a single booking. For the Bukit Jalil Stadium, if one were to book the venue, the cost is around RM 10,000 per booking.
The Bullseye people must learn how to train for sprinting and track activities and seek guidance from the PE teachers on how to do so. They must stop blaming other houses. If they do not feel confident of winning, they must start training now (May 2025) if they want to succeed.
Are there any concerns, objections or so on to the plans and strategies for Sports Day, Founder's Run or Nobel Cup? If there are concerns, I'd like to hear them out. If not, we can proceed.
Thank you for the information.
This is how I present my proposal to the Bullseye members.
I ask you for your opinion. If you have no problem, then I proceed to the next person, say Aiden Yeoh (he's a basketballer from Bullseye), for example. If he's ok, then I speak to Zoe Siah, then Wong Pey Yi, but if Pey Yi has a problem, I will need to communicate with you, Aiden and Zoe to get everyone to agree with the changes. Only then I proceed to the next person, then the next class, and next year. When everyone agrees with my proposal after fine tuning it to get those who disagree to agree, only then we present it to the house captain.
Although Sports Day 2026 is a long way off, it is good to plan now. Then, by the time things arrive, we can press the button and anhiliate the other three crazy gangs so we can restore the greatness of Bullseye.
If I present the idea and history to the Elementary School students vs Junior Senior (JS) students, the reaction will be different.
In the JS situation, they will get very excited. The Year 7s will be excited of such a situation. The Year 8s as well, and so do some Year 9s. But for the Year 10 and 11, they may not be as overjoyed as they do not wish to feel so bombastic and childish. They prefer to focus on the IGCSE exams.
When we propose more ideas and incorporate some of the ideas from the Year 7-9 students, everyone will be so excited. They will be overjoyed especially when hearing our stories for Bullseye and they will want to know more and add to the amazing legacy of Bullseye. The Year 10 and 11s may also be excited, but not as enthusiastic as they are the oldest people in JS School.
From the perspective of the Elementary School, being kids, they are even more excited as they are 6-11 years old, compared to 12-17 JS students who are not as excited. The legacy of Bullseye will make it even more interesting as it will appeal to the students, replacing Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse. We can solve this problem as we have interacted with students like those at Harcroft (the school where CFF and Kuan Muk Lang were at) before. Hence, we will know what is going on in guiding our interaction with them. But the big problem is that Nobel has a heightened security policy towards elementary students. Lim Teck Ni, the treasurer for Bullseye for 2023, told me about the possibility of me being viewed as a phedophile when I first suggested the elementary kids to go ahead and cheer in a possible combined Sports Day.
As such, this is the analysis.
The big deal is that
I think it's fine.
