Praveen Shadaan is an experienced educator, currently serving as the Principal of Junior & Senior School at Nobel International School in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Junior & Senior School and Head of Curriculum.
Praveen's passion for teaching led her to start her career as a Math Teacher at Sri Dasmesh International School in 2009. A Bachelor of Law graduate, she is pursuing a Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching & Learning and a Master of Teaching & Learning degree at Taylor's University, where she has already completed half of the modules with a 4.0 CGPA.
Her recent achievements include launching the Canvas e-learning platform during the COVID-19 pandemic, redesigning the curriculum to support students' mental health, and planning the school's new site in Damansara Jaya. Praveen has also restructured the annual appraisal format to ensure high teaching standards and incorporated the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals into teaching practices for 2025.
Praveen's commitment to education and her leadership skills make her an ideal candidate for leadership roles in school administration.
