The 2027 Sports Day and 2027 Founder's Run planning process and proposal submission will follow these standard operating procedures in accordance with feedback from Nobel International School. These procedures should be followed in accordance with school policy. They may apply to future editions of Sports Day and Founder's Run, or any future school event or activity.
Please read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice carefully before submitting any proposal for future Bullseye projects.
Every individual is entitled to generate proposals related to Bullseye for the purpose of the sports events and activities. The generation of proposals can be discussed with all Bullseye members from the alumni community.
The proposal can be any proposal or any idea, and everyone is free to be creative in proposing any idea. You may refer to past proposals for inspiration.
Proposal discussion
Everyone should aim to have all proposals accepted. The ultimate aim is the acceptance of all proposals for the house. Everyone is encouraged to present their proposals to any alumni member for Bullseye to please them.
The ultimate aim is for all proposals to be accepted and for everyone to be pleased. This is to increase the chances of Bullseye victory.
When ideas are presented, the proposal's initiator should seek the approval of many people who are alumni and from Bullseye. This is to drum up support as proof of enthusiasm which can be presented to current Bullseye members in Nobel International School.
Proposal initiators should be open to accepting as many ideas as possible so that everyone can be represented and be happy. This increases the chances of Bullseye's victory.
Anyone who rejects the proposal must try to re-discuss with all who has accepted it. This will allow the fine tuning of plans and for everything to be accepted and for everyone to be satisfied, as a house with division and disagreement is more likely to lose.
Upon obtaining the approval of everyone outside of Nobel, the proposals can be presented to people within Nobel International School for consideration and approval. However, please take note that due to the school's security policy, certain considerations would be needed when taking into account proposals.
Proposers must first liaise with people within Nobel International School from Bullseye on the presentation of the plans and the strategy. They are advised to write in to the school to obtain consent before proposing. Upon approval, proposers can liaise with the Bullseye members within Nobel International School as well as the faculty.
All alumni, retired staff and resigned students are considered as outsiders by Nobel International School and are required to follow outsider security policy and procedure in order to ensure that the school's community, especially students, are protected and secured, especially in public areas.
Anyone wishing to propose ideas may contact Nobel International School via enquiry@nobel.edu.my or liaise with school authorities. They may present the full proposals to the school authorities before communicating with the students.
Students from the Junior and Senior School are aged 11 to 17 years old. Proposers may propose to each and every student to get their feedback. Proposers shall aim to have a 100 percent agreement from all students as it will boost the chances of winning.
Proposers should propose to the house captain for approval once consent and agreement is obtained from all Bullseye members. Proposers can propose to the house captain before obtaining consent from all Bullseye members.
Proposers should present the plans to Elementary School's Bullseye teachers who will set the scene. They must obtain permission before proposing to the Elementary School Bullseye members. The same process as the Junior and Senior School shall apply.
The following process is the proposal process that applies to alumni and current students:
b) For example, a group of 3, A proposes to B and C
c) B and C approve A's work, A proceeds to the next group and repeat to D, E, F and G
d) If one person rejects or asks for change to the proposal, A reconsults those that had already proposed.
e) Upon approving all proposals from D, E, F and G, A proceeds to implement proposals.
Updates to the score and so on or a change in strategy should follow the same process in regards to the same proposal process. All house members and alumni members should be kept in contact with the circumstances. Proposers should obtain the contacts of school faculty and house captains/house members to keep in touch.
Proposers, especially outsiders, are reminded to follow the school's policy for outsiders when proposing with the school. Outsiders and alumni should seek permission and follow the rules upon obtaining permission. They can write in to the school to request for permission and enquire to the school.
The school from time to time would receive complaints or grievances from parents or other school staff. Should they make such complaints or requests, the students or parents' welfare would take priority over alumni and former staff.
Any announcement from the school in relation to such issues is to be immediately communicated and published.
Proposals should focus on ensuring the victory of Bullseye.
