Tldr: To make Bullseye the champion house of the Founder's Run 2025, everyone must sign up and train and run everyday, for at least 10km or more, or walk as long as you please. And we must win at least 8 places for at least 7 categories (include male and female per year level). Only then, Bullseye will win. Unless you want Slamdunk or Touchdown or Homerun to win, then this message is not worth your time.
Runners' preparation for Founder's Run
Before taking on the Founder's Run, one will need to train. Find a large possible route or any route (preferably outdoors and not on threadmill) to run.
For those who have no experience running long distances, one should start small, say around running around 800m and gradually increase to 1km, 2.5km and then 5km. It is best for one to continuously run 5km without stopping.

The Virtual Founder's Run
The Virtual Founder's Run requires all the Bullseye members to run at least 5km with their distance being tracked by the Biib application. Hence, as the Virtual Founder's Run will be one that accumulates points for the scores based on km run, it is important for Bullseye members to run as much km as possible.
With around 200 members from Bullseye, we will net a total of 1000km if everyone runs 5km at least once. We have to do it as a team. Hence, we should try to run 5km every three days, thrice a week. The longer the distance or the more 5km attempts, the better.
Virtual Founder's Run consists of 4 weeks each.
Week 1: 17 - 23 March
Week 2: 24 - 30 March
Week 3: 31 March - 5 April
Week 4: 6 April - 12 April
So, we try to clock around 1000km in week 1, 2000km in week 2, 4000km in week 3 and 5000km in week 4. In total, we should have 12,000km and when that happens, we can win the Founder's Run. Everyone should run 5km in week 1, 10km in week 2, 20km in week 3 and 25km in week 4 so that for the final week, we can preserve and save energy for Founder's Run 2025.
Bullseye members are also encouraged to walk and record every movement on the app in order to ensure victory. Ditch the car ride and move your legs so that Bullseye can win. Rather let's be painful for 4 weeks than endure a year of Bullseye losing.
The Physical Founder's Run
Everyone must attend the Physical Run on 12th April at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam in order for Bullseye to win.
The physical run consists of a 5km route. The route direction is available on the Founder's Run Information.
Bullseye members MUST visit the place before the run on 12th April and train there. Otherwise, we will lose.
It is advisable to sleep for at least 9 hours on 3 consecutive days (from 9 - 11 April) before the run on 12th April. Your urine color must be transparent before the run to ensure hydration, so please drink a lot of water the day before the run (11 April)
To train for the physical run, Bullseye members must run a total mileage of 30km per day in order to succeed. Run 5km, rest, and run again. If one can run 10km continuously non stop, that is good. Or else, try to aim for 6km or 7km if you aren't confident.
There are 10 steep hills on the Founder's Run route, so please train properly.
Awards will be given for male and female for Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. So, we need to win at least the Top 8 for Bullseye, and at least 4/5 year levels. Plus, we need to clock at least 60,000km cumulatively on the virtual run for us to win.

So, will Bullseye win the Founder's Run?
Champion House for Founder's Run is the total cumulative score for the entire Virtual and Physical Run.
Bullseye is predicted to LOSE Founder's Run to SLAMDUNK (again!), but if Bullseye wins, it will be only scraping Slamdunk by a small margin. If let's say everyone in Bullseye were to follow as per the plan written here, Bullseye will win not only the Founder's Run, but the Sports Day score combined with the Founder's Run will cause Bullseye to win again!

It may be painful initially, but as the body adapts, you will no longer feel painful as the muscles expand. But it will require a month or two, so please train well.
Bullseye needs to win the Founder's Run as it has won every single Founder's Run since 2018. This streak is longer than any Sports Day or Nobel Cup streak. We hope the Bullseye members can use the Founder's Run as a small stepping stone for Bullseye's initial success, with the ultimate aim of recapturing the Champion House Trophy in Sports Day 2026, while also winning two Founder's Runs in one go!
We hope the Bullseye people can cooperate in order to achieve this aim and bring back the winning spirit last seen from 2019-2023, while also remembering the power of victory in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The time to make Bullseye famous is TODAY, not one year later.
If we don't do it, Bullseye is going to lose and we will be dead forever.
We plan to train Principal Chee, Bullseye's biggest supporter, for a marathon soon. I believe she will do well. If she can do it, I'm sure you can, too!
