Bullseye Festival is a series of 19 days consisting the following calendar dates:
22nd March - the victory of Bullseye during the 2019 Sports Day which led to five victory years;
23rd March - the Green Canopy Pavillion establishment day;
24th March - the victory of Bullseye during Sports Day 2016;
25th March;
26th March - the speculated date of Sports Day 2021, cancelled due to COVID-19;
27th March - the proposed date of Sports Day 2020, cancelled due to COVID-19;
28th March;
29th March - the 2018 Sports Day;
30th March;
31st March - Bullseye's loss to Touchdown during Sports Day 2017 by one point, and originally speculated date of Sports Day 2022;
1st April;
2nd April - the victory of Bullseye during Sports Day 2015;
3rd April;
4th April;
5th April - the 2013 Sports Day;
6th April;
7th April;
8th April;
9th April - the victory of Bullseye in Sports Day 2014; the first victory ever.
The purpose of putting the dates as such is to allow for a seamless celebration of Bullseye's victories; just like how Chinese New Year is celebrated for 15 days, Hari Raya Aidilfitri is celebrated for 30 days, and also the commemoration of 12 days of Christmas. With 19 days in total, Bullseye deserves such celebration for the commemoration of so many Bullseye victory years in Sports Day, Nobel Cup and Founder's Run.
As more Sports Days get added to the calendar, and with the shift of Founder's Run to April, having previously been observed in February, there is a proposal to extend the festival dates forward and backward. Since 2023, Sports Day and Founder's Run had been held at uneven times, and there is a need to streamline the events accordingly to make sure the dates of Sports Day which fall in a month other than March are recognized.
Hence, the proposal is to vouch the following:
a) To recognize the 20th November 2023 Bullseye Victory during Sports Day 2023, the proposed start date for the Bullseye celebration should be brought forward to March 20 instead of beginning on March 22.
b) To recognize the upcoming achievements of Bullseye during the 2025 Founder's Run scheduled for April 12, the end date of the Bullseye celebration should be brought towards that aforementioned date from the current end date of April 9.
c) To recognize the Founder's Run 2021 start date on 7th April 2021.
d) To also recognize the following non-March/April dates:
26th March - Founder's Run 2016 on 26th February 2016;
28th March - UNLEASH: Sports Day 2025 on 28th February 2025;
2nd April - 20th Anniversary Sports Day on 2nd July 2024;
7th April - Founder's Run 2018 on 7th February 2018;
8th April -Founder's Run 2017 on 8th February 2017;
14th April - Founder's Run 2020 on 14th February 2020.
Therefore, with these developments, the Bullseye Festival should be from 20th March to 14th April instead of 22nd March to 9th April. Some dates may overlap but it can be further refined with further discussion.
