2027 Sports Day
The 2027 Nobel International School Sports Day, officially known as______, is an upcoming Sports Day of Nobel International School that is expected to take place in April 2027. The current predicted date of the Sports Day is 2nd April 2027 and it will be the first Sports Day to take place since the 2025 Sports Day; the 2026 Sports Day was cancelled in favor of the Beauty is the Beast Concert, which took place on 25th July 2026.
Slamdunk is the currently defending champion of the 2026 Sports Day Replacement Events and the Unleash Sports Day 2025. The 2027 Sports Day will be the first Sports Day since 2024 to feature a returning sports house that has won all of the previous year's sports events, namely Founder's Run, Telematch and the overall tally for Slamdunk in the case of 2026, and the first Sports Day to feature a returning sports house that had won the previous two editions. The last time this happened was in 2024, where Bullseye had won Sports Day, Nobel Cup and Founder's Run, alongside a slew of victory years from 2019 to 2023.
The 2027 Sports Day is expected to be competitive. Should Slamdunk emerge as the winner of the 2027 Sports Day, it will join Bullseye as only two houses in Nobel International School to win the sports tally three consecutive times or more. It will be the first three consecutive competitive victory streak since Bullseye's 2014-2016 victory streak; the 2019-2023 victory streak did not involve three consecutive competitive victory streaks due to the COVID-19 pandemic; the year 2021 was a walkover victory from the circumstances of 2019 and 2020, and in 2024, Bullseye's second three consecutive competitive victory streak was interrupted by Touchdown's victory that year.
Alternatively, victories by other houses as the champion house would be record breaking. Should Bullseye or Touchdown win, it would be the first victory for these houses since 2023 or 2024. It would consequently be Bullseye's ninth Sports Day title, after the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Sports Days, and Touchdown's fifth Sports Day title after their win in 2013, 2017, 2018 and 2024. Should Homerun win the Sports Day, it would be Homerun's first ever Sports Day title, and the first victory of Homerun since the 2013 Nobel Cup.
The 2027 Sports Day tally is expected to involve the combination of the 2027 Sports Day and the 2027 Founder's Run, following the format shown in 2024 for the 20th Anniversary Sports Day, which took place on 2nd July 2024.

The Sports, Recreation and Co Curricular Activities (CCA) department unveiled the procedure for the 2027 Sports Day in August 2026. The process would follow the administration of the 2024, 2025 and 2026 sports events. The 2027 Sports Day would begin with the election of the 2027 House Captain in January 2027, which will oversee the 2027 Sports Day and the 2027 Founder's Run.
The election process of the 2027 House Captain would be open to current students from Year 10 in 2026 who will be Year 11 students in the 2027 Academic Year. Following the election of the 2027 House Captain, the House Captain will appoint the committee members for his or her sports house.
Students would register to participate in the 2027 Founder's Run to contribute points to their sports house. Students wishing to participate in the sports events on Sports Day would need to register with their athletics captains to train for the sports events. Additionally, students wishing to join the marchpast, dance or banner competitions can register with their captains to join the events.
The 2027 Sports Day would be accompanied by a Pre Sports and Rehearsal Day a week before the Sports Day. The announcement of the Champion House will be held on Sports Day. Updates would be regularly announced and given by the head of CCA, Sports and Recreation, Mr Lew Wei Him.

The Commission then recommends preferred candidates to be invited to "targeted dialogue" with the IOC Executive Board.
