The Bullseye victory for 2023 is confirmed!

2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023!

Bullseye becomes the first Sports House in Nobel International School's history to win a total of five victory years. It is the first time a winning streak crossed five years, or half a decade. 2018 was the last time another house won the Sports Day (Touchdown). Homerun and Slamdunk had not won the Sports Day in the last 10 years, but however, Homerun was the champion house of Nobel Cup 2013, and Slamdunk the champion of Nobel Cup 2019. Touchdown was the champion house of Sports Day in 2013, 2017 and 2018.

This is not a first time a victory streak is new to Nobel, but it is one of two victory streaks to take place in within 10 years. Bullseye was also the winner of the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Sports Days, which resulted in a victory streak of three years. There was an attempt to win the fourth victory year of 2017, but however, it was foiled by Touchdown scoring one point over Bullseye.

While Sean Mark and his team did not succeed in persuing the victory of 2017 to make a fourth year, Lau Wei Yiang, who was from the same batch as Sean Mark, started the initiative to win not only the long lost dream of four years, but an unprecedented fifth year as well for 2023. As 2017 and 2023 have the same calendar format, indirectly, Wei Yiang's initiative had helped Bullseye to clinch the year 2017, too, since both 2017 and 2023 begin on a Sunday, 1st January, and end on Sunday, 31st December.

The victory is a long-awaited dream for the people of Bullseye and their seniors coming before that. Thank you to everyone who had helped made Bullseye's 2023 win possible, as it confirms the 2020, 2021 and 2022 victories in just one game. Thank you, Principal Chee Fooi Foon of SJKC Shin Cheng (Harcroft), for your support and encouragement which helped motivate the athletes while running.

Hail to Bullseye!
